Respondent nos. 1 to 3 to file counter affidavit within four weeks time.

Respondent nos. 177, 178, 179, 180, 184 to 190, 192, 194 to 197, 205, 206, 207 and 208 have filed counter affidavit but vakalatnama for the respondents 181 and 209 has not been filed. Be filed within four weeks time.

Accordingly, Show Cause Notice was handed over to Counsel for the Petitioner for effecting service through publication in two newspapers on Respondent Nos. 8, 16,21, 22, 29, 44, 52-54, 58, 61, 74, 85, 89, 93, 96, 98, 101, 102, 105, 107, 109, 120, 125, 129, 133, 136, 137, 153, 154, 161 to 163, 165 to 168, 173, 181, 183, 191, 193, 199 to 203. Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed affidavit of service alongiwth proof of publication in respect of Respondent Nos. 8, 16,21, 22, 29, 44, 52-54, 58, 61, 74, 85, 89, 93, 96, 98, 101, 102, 105, 107, 109, 120, 125, 129, 133, 136, 137, 153, 154, 161 to 163, 165 to 168, 173, 181, 183, 191, 193, 199 to 203 so far.

It is submitted that Mr. S. Udaya Kumar Sagar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 but has not filed counter affidavit so far and Mr. V.R. Anumolu, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 177, 178, 179, 180, 184 to 190, 192, 194 to 197, 205 ,206 ,207 and 208 and he has on 24th March, 2015 filed counter affidavit only on behalf of Respondent nos. 179, 177, 178, 180, 181, 184 to 188, 190 to 192, 194 to 197, 205 to 209 without filing vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent nos. 181 and 209 so far.

It is further submitted that service is complete through A. D. Cards on respondent Nos. 7, 11, 14, 25, 31, 33, 35 to 37, 51, 59, 60, 62, 64, 66, 75, 78, 87, 91, 94, 99, 103, 104, 106, 108, 116, 119, 131, 134, 141, 143 to 146, 182, 198, 204, 209, 210 but none has entered appearance on behalf of the said respondents.

It is also submitted that Mr. M.P. SLP(C)..CC Nos. 18160-18161 of 2015

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9 th September, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Post after four weeks along with SLP (C) ....CC No. 18802-18803 of 2015 and SLP (C) 26781-26782 of 2015."

It is submitted that SLP(C)..CC Nos. 18802-18803 of 2015 is tagged with SLP(C)..CC No. 18160-18161 of 2015 as per Court's order dated 9th September, 2015 and to be listed before Hon'ble Court.

SLP(C) Nos. 26781-26782 of 2015

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11th September, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Delay Condoned. Issue notice. In the meantime, the operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 12.09.2012 in W.P. No. 9714 of 2009 passed by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad shall remain stayed. Tag with SLP (C) NO. 35744 of 2013."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 1 to 11 in both SLPs on 3 rd March, 2016. There are 224 Respondents in the matter. Unserved covers received from Respondent No. 2 and 3 in both SLPs with remarks "Addresse left and Insufficient address". A period of more than thirty days elapsed from the date of issue of notice by registered post but neither AD card nor unserved registered covers have been received back from Respondent Nos. 1, 4 to 11 in both matters. Names of Respondent Nos. 12 to 224 in both SLPs are deleted vide this Hon'ble Court's order dated 15.02.2016 passed in I.A Nos. 3-4 and Cause title has been amended accordingly.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 11 in both SLPs.

SLP(C) Nos. 2480-83 of 2016

The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22nd January, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Issue notice on the applications for condonation of delay, as also on the special leave petitions. Tag with S.L.P.(C) No.35744 of 2013."

Accordingly, notice was issued on 8 th February, 2016 to all the Respondents. There are 10 Respondent in SLP(C) No. 2480 of 2016, 4 Common Respondents in SLP(C) No. 2481 of 2016 and 11 Respondents in SLP(C) Nos. 2482-83 of 2016. A period of more than thirty days elapsed from the date of issue of notice by registered post but neither AD cards nor unserved registered covers have been received back from all the Respondents so far.

Service is not complete.

SLP(C) No. 7353 of 2016

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th March, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court ws pleased to pass the following order :

"Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) 35744 of 2013. Till the next date of hearing, the direction contained in the impugned order shall remain stayed. "

Accordingly, notice was issued on 8 th April, 2016 to all the Respondents. There are 3 Respondents in the matter. A period of more than thirty days elapsed from the date of issue of notice by registered post but neither AD cards nor unserved registered covers have been received back from all the Respondents so far.

Service is not complete.
