The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 18th January, 2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition No. 1078 of 2016.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that SLP(C) No. 35744 of 2013 relating to land belonging to Gurukul Ghatkesar Trust is pending before the Hon'ble Court. The matter was listed on 19.11.2013 when the the Hon'ble Court was pleased to order "Issue Notice & Stay". (A copy of record of proceeding dated 19.11.2013 is enclosed herewith)

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal Nos. 6326-6329 of 2011 filed against order dated 31.12.2007 in C.R.P NO. 5937 of 2013 (Annexure P-10 of High Court Order) challenging the Constitutional validity of A.P Tenancy Laws (Amendment) Act 2002 is pending. The matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1.08.2011 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to order "Leave Granted". (A copy of record of proceeding dated 1.08.2011 is enclosed herewith) . Now the matter is ready for hearing and noted in Terminal List.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report. Dated this, the 18th day of March, 2016.
