Court on 25th November, 2014, when he was pleased to pass the following order:

"Service is complete on some of the respondents.

Registry to verify about the furnishing of correct address, if not filed so far. Time is extended by four weeks for furnishing the fresh and correct address for whom, it is not furnished so far.

Await service of notice on the unserved respondents.

Proof of service of pleadings to be filed in respect of the appearing counsel.

The learned counsel for respondent No.81 claims that they are about to withdraw their vakalatnama.

The learned Advocate, Ms. Akanksha, appearing on behalf of Mr.M.P.Shorawala, Advocate-on-record reports that they have filed vakaltnama for respondent No.81. Registry to verify and submit report. Four weeks' time is granted.

List again on 30.1.2015."

It is submitted that there are 210 respondents in the matter. Mr. D. Mahesh Babu and Mr. V.R. Anumolu, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 and respondent nos. 177, 178, 179, 180, 184 to 190, 192, 194 to 197, 205 and 206 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit on their behalf. Mr. Shirin Khajuria, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no. 81 but not filed counter affidavit so far and in view of Ld. Registrar order dated 25th November, 2014, he has not withdrawn the vakalatnama/appearance filed by him and Mr. M.P. Shorawala, Advocate has not filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 8.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the complete address of respondent nos. 26, 44, 49, 54, 57, 61, 65, 91, 96, 98, 105, 167, 168, 178, 179 and 202.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of proof of service of complete set of pleadings to counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3, 177, 178, 179, 180, 184 to 190, 192, 194 to 197, 205 and 206.

It is submitted that there are two signatures in vernacular language but counsel for the petitioner has not mentioned name of those respondents.

It is submitted that Mr. M.P. Shorawala, Advocate has on 24th November, 2014 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondents Nos. 4 to 6, 9, 10, 12 to 15, 17 to 20, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 30, 32, 34, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 45, 46 to 50, 55 to 58, 63, 65, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 76, 77, 79, 80, 81 to 84, 86, 88, 90, 92, 95, 97, 99 to 100, 103, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 117, 118, 121, 122, 123, 124, 126, 127, 128, 130, 132, 135, 138, 139, 140, 142, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152, 155, 156, 157, 158 to 160, 164, 169, 170, 171, 172, 174, 175 and 176 and also filed counter affidavit on their behalf.

It is submitted that service is complete on respondent Nos. 7, 11, 14, 25, 31, 33, 35 to 37, 51, 59, 60, 62, 64, 66, 75, 78, 87, 91, 94, 99, 103, 104, 106, 108, 116, 119, 131, 134, 141, 143 to 146, 182, 198, 204, 209, 210 but none has entered appearance on behalf of the said respondents.

It is also submitted that unserved covers received from Respondent Nos. 52, 72, 76, 86, 101, 120, 137, 165, 173, 193, 199, 203 and 207 with postal remarks 'unclaimed'. Hence returned to sender. Neither AD card nor unserved cover received from remaining unserved Respondents.

It is submitted that Mr. Vishal Arun, Advocate has on 29th August, 2014 filed application for impleadment as party respondent no. 211 with affidavit alongwith vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of proposed respondents and the same is registered as I.A. No. 5 and the same is yet to be processed.

It is submitted that Ms. Sudha Gupta, Advocate has on 2 nd December, 2014 filed application for Intervention as Respondents alongwith vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of proposed Respondents. The same is to be placed before Hon'ble Chamber Judge.

Service is complete on all Respondents except respondent nos. 8, 16, 29, 44, 52 to 54, 57, 58, 61, 65, 74, 76, 85, 89, 93, 96, 98, 101, 102, 105, 107, 109, 120, 125, 129, 133, 136 to 137, 154, 161 to 163, 165 to 168, 173, 181, 183, 191, 193, 199 to 203, 207 to 208.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
