UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
respect of respondent No.81, initially the $In$ representation was made by the Ld. Advocate, Ms. Shirin Subsequently, it has been withdrawn and fresh Khajuria. vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance has been filed by the Ld. Advocate-on-Record, Mr. M.P. Shorawala and accordingly the Signature Not Verified dial<mark>y sided</mark> by<br>partition of Mr. M.P. Shorawala be shown in respect of respondent<br>at 2016-02.05 $\begin{bmatrix}\n\text{Case. 20} \ \text{Reson. 20} \ \text{Reson. 20}\n\end{bmatrix}$ No.81 after deleting the name of the Ld. Advocate, Ms. Shirin Khajuria against respondent No.81.
In respect of respondent Nos.4 to 6, counter affidavit is already on record.
Service is complete on respondent Nos.7, 11, 14, 25, 31, 33, 35-37, 51, 59, 60, 62, 64, 66, 75, 78, 87, 91, 94, 99, 104, 106, 108, 116, 119, 131, 134, 141, 143-146, 182, 198, 204, 209 and 210 but no one has put in appearance.
The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to take fresh steps in respect of all the unserved respondents including respondent Nos.44, 54, 61, 96, 98, 105, 167, 168 and 202 by providing fresh and complete address within six weeks.
The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to furnish the complete set of the pleadings upon the Ld. Counsel appearing for the respective respondents, if complete set of the pleadings has already been not provided to the respective counsel for the parties by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to serve afresh and to file proof of service within four weeks.
Upon receiving the complete set of the pleadings, the Ld. Counsel appearing for the respective respondents to file counter affidavit within four weeks.
List again on 30.3.2015.
