Notices be re issued to respondent Nos. 4 to 6 on furnishing their fresh complete address within three weeks through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. Certificate of service in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 11,14,15, 18 to 21 and 23 to 26 is awaited. Fresh reminder be issued to the concerned High Court. TP(C) NO. 642-653/2013 Respondent Nos. 5,6,8 and 9 are granted four weeks time for filing the counter affidavit subject to service of complete set of pleadings within two weeks time of which necessary proof be filed on record and thereafter period of four weeks would start. Respondent nos. 11 and 13 are granted four weeks time as final chance for filing counter affidavit. Respondent no.7 has failed to file counter affidavit despite final chance granted on the last date. Service report in respect of respondent nos. 1 to 4,10,12,14,15 is awaited. List again on 22.4.2014.
