Ms. Mridula Ray Bhardwaj, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 4 but has not filed counter affidavit . Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 5 have been served with notice but no appearance is filed so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Registrar Court from time to time and when lastly listed on 12.01.2017, the following order was passed:

"Ld. Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 4 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 2,3 and 5 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Viewed, in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules. "

It is submitted that Mr. C.D. Singh, Advocate has on 07.02.2017 filed proof of service upon Ms. Mridula Ray Bhardwaj, counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 & 4 but no counter affidavit has been filed, so far.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
