The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th July 2010, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable after two weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted."

Accordingly common usual and dasti notice was issued to all the seven (common) respondents (In all SLPs). A.D. cards received in respect of Respondent Nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed affidavit of serivice in respect of all the 7 respondents.

Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 2 (Common in all the SLPs) and the same has been included in the respective SLP paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court. Mr. Amarjit Singh Bedi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but not filed counter affidavit so far.
