UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The respondent Nos.22 and 23-26 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.1-4, 6-10 and 12 to 21, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per High Court report, the respondent Nos.5 & 11 have refused to receive notice. This refusal on their part constitutes proper service, but no one has entered appearance.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner also filed an application for dasti to serve the respondent Nos.5, 11, 12 and 19. Since they have already been served, therefore, this I.A. may be lodged.

Hence, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
