UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$
Permission to file special leave petition is granted.
The order impugned in this special leave petition is an ad-interim order $\mathcal{L}$
passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru staying operation of an order of transfer dated 10th December, 2024, till the next date of hearing.

We are informed that the writ petition is due to be listed tomorrow, i.e., 24th April, 2025, for final hearing.

In such view of the matter, we request the roster Bench to proceed with the hearing of the writ petition.

It is needless to observe that the interim order that is under challenge here shall abide by the result of the writ petition.

Re-list the special leave petition after one week.

Since the petitioners are not party to the proceedings before the High Court, they shall be permitted to intervene and advance arguments.
