The matter abovementioned was listed before the LD. Registrar's Court on 13.02.2017 when the LD. Registrar was pleased to pass the following order:

"Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 1 to 3 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Mr. Prateek Kuar, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent No.1. He has stated that today he has filed the vakalatnama, He seeksand is given four weeks time to file the counter affidavit. List again on 29.3.2017."

It is submitted that M/s. Shantanu Sagar and Gopal Singh, Advocates have filed vakalatnama and counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 3 respectively. The same have been included in SLP paperbooks.

It is further submitted that Mr. Shantanu Sagar, Advocate has on 10.03.2017 filed an application for permission to file additional documents alongwith additional documents and the same has been registered as I.A. No.2 and has been included in SLP paperbooks. Service of notice on respondent no.2 is already complete but no one has entered appearance on his behalf, so far.

Service of notice is complete.

The matter is listed before the LD. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
