It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to all the 3 respondents was issued on 05.08.2015 by registered AD. Nothing has been received from all Respondents so far.

Service is not complete.

It is further submitted that a sealed envelope from "the Institute of Cost Accountant of India, Kolkata" has been received on 17.08.2015 and the same is kept in safe custody with Additional Registrar vide Ld. Registrar's Order dated 19.08.2015.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
