"The ground now urged before us is that the first respondent not having appeared before the High Court either in the Original Writ Petition or in the LPA, the action in seeking information under the Right to Information Act, which has been allowed by the High Court, is not bona fide. The petitioner has to take responsibility for the said statement which can be so done only by means of an affidavit.

List the matter after two weeks."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 13.07.2015 filed Additional Affidavit. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith.
