The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material.

Delay condoned.

Issue notice, returnable in six weeks.

While for the present the order of the High Court of Delhi need not be complied with the requisite information along with the connected documents shall be laid before this Court in a sealed cover."

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to all the 3 respondents was issued on 05.08.2015 by registered AD. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 though served.

For non appearance by the respondents, the matter was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar from time to time and lastly listed on 21.09.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"The office report indicates that service of notice is complete on the respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules."

It is further submitted that a sealed envelope from institute of Cost Account of India, Kolkata has been received on 17.08.2015 and the same will be produced at the time of hearing the matter.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
