The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 09.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. List again on 21.9.2016."

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel for the petitioner has on 19.09.2016 filed affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 but there is signature of Mr. Rajendra Bose instead of Mr. R.N. Pal (Respondent No. 2) and Mr. Prajati Mukherjee, Public Information Office instead of Mr. N. M. Swamy, Deputy Director (Studies) & Public information Officer (Respondent No. 3). He has also filed AD cards in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 duly stamped by Institute of C.A. of India in respect of show cause notice sent by Registry on 18.02.2016. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 though served.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
