It is submitted that neither AD card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 so far. Dasti show cause notice in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to the counsel for the petitioner has issued on 19.07.2016. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent no. 1 though served.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so far.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
