It is submitted that as directed above, fresh show cause notice to Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 was issued on 18.02.2016 by registered AD. Nothing has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 though served.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so far.
