It is submitted that as directed above, counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for the service of notice to Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 though served.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so far.
