He further submits that similar other employees of the school in question had been 2

similarly given compensation which they have accepted in full and

final settlement of their claims. He seeks time to file an additional affidavit determining the amount of "reasonable compensation" payable to the respondent-teachers and also indicating the amount that was payable to similarly situate teachers of the school. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that even the respondent could present a calculation of the amount of compensation admissible to them. He may also file an additional affidavit indicating the calculation of the amount.
