Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has received information from his client that they would seek to engage another counsel. If that is so, they ought to have engaged by today and we find the conduct of the respondents unnecessarily delaying tactics.

having decided. The appeal been the applicant/appellant have moved for release of the amount in their favour. This is a natural corollary of the decision in the appeal. The only aspect pointed out to us by the learned counsel for SJVN on 09.08.2021 was that they would be required to execute the sale deed in favour of that entity. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant undertakes to do the needful.

We thus, grant one month's time to SJVN to get the sale deed executed from the appellant whereafter the amounts will be released to the appellants. In case SJVN does not get the sale deed executed within this time, the amount will be released in any case to the appellant but their undertaking to execute the sale deed in favour of SJVN would continue.

The second prayer made is for correction of the name of private parties in paraS 2 and 7 of the order dated 06.07.2021 which should be recorded as Raja Rajinder Chand instead of Vijendra Singh.
