The office report further indicates that since the sole petitioner has expired, the application for substitution of his legal representatives alongwith the application for condonation of delay has been filed on record which is suffering from certain defects. The same be cured within three weeks and on compliance, Registry to process the same, as per rules. List again on 15.4.2014.
