It is submitted that common respondent nos. 4, 2, 2 and 1 viz Vijay Kumar in C.A Nos. 7117 to 7120 of 2012 respectively has expired but advocate for the appellant has not taken any steps to bring on record the proposed Lrs. of abovementioned deceased respondent so far.

It is further submitted that common respondent Nos. 2, 4, 13 and 12(Prem Kumari) has been deleted vide Court's order dated 03.01.2014 in I.A Nos. 1314 in C.A Nos. 711720 of 2012.

Service on rest of the respondents is complete at SLP stage but no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance so far.

CIVIL APPEAL Nos. 712124 of 2012

It is further submitted that common respondent nos. 3, 4 and 1 viz Vijay Kumar in C.A Nos. 7121, 7122 and 7124 of 2012 has expired but counsel for the appellant has not taken any steps to bring on record the proposed Lrs. of abovementioned deceased respondent so far.

It is submitted that common appellant no. 7 in C.A Nos. 7121 and 7122 of 2012 respectively and appellant no. 8 in C.A Nos. 7123 and 7124 of 2012 respectively viz Ms. Jyotsna has expired and counsel for the appellant has filed an application for substitution and condonation of delay in filing applications for substitution have been registered and are to be listed before the Hon'ble Chamber Judge.

It is further submitted that common respondent nos. 4, 3, 2 and 12 (Prem Kumari) has been deleted vide Court's order dated 03.01.2014 in I.A Nos. 1215 in C.A Nos. 712124 of 2012.

It is further submitted that common respondent no. 2 in C.A Nos. 7121, 7122 of 2012 has been represented through Mr. Rajeev Singh, Advocate. Rest of the respondents are served at SLP stage but no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance on their behalf so far.

Counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case so far.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
