We find that Municipal Corporation of Bombay and Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Bombay are necessary parties to the proceedings. Petitioners will take steps to implead them. Petitioners will submit the details of these respondents today itself and also file a petition for impleading them. If so, notice on that petition as well. Dasti, in addition is permitted.
