Counsel for petitioner has filed amended memo of parties to correct name of Respondent No.1(ii) as Sushil Kumar s/o Sattu @ Satnarain in place of Sunil Kumar s/o Sattu @ Satnarain. The said amended memo is filed in terms of order dated 12.9.2022, accordingly the amended memo of parties be taken on record and the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.
