UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have already filed the counter affidavit. $\frac{1}{2}$ Four weeks' time, as a last chance is given to respondent No.3

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 1(i), 1(iii) to 1(vi) and 2(i) to 2(iii) seeks and is given four weeks' time to file counter ITEM NO.20 2

affidavit.

The office report indicates that vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent No.1(ii) and counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No.2(iv) are defective. Learned counsel shall within a period of two weeks, as a last chance cure the defects whatever have been found in the said vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1(ii) shall within the same period file the counter affidavit after curing the defects in vakalatnama.

List again on 21.4.2020.
