UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER

Respondent No. 3 is granted four weeks' time, to file the counter affidavit.

Ld. counsel for the respondent Nos. 1(i), 1(ii), 2(i) and ************************************ defective. Ld. counsel shall rectify the defects within a period of

two weeks.

ITEM NO.43 REGISTRAR COURT. 2 SECTION IV-B

Ld. counsel for the respondent No. 2(iv) has already filed the Counter Affidavit which is found to be defective. Ld. counsel shall rectify the defects within a period of two weeks and shall also file the vakalatnama within the same time.

Service of notice is complete on the other Respondents but no one has chosen to enter appearance on their behalf.

As per office Report Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have already been served with notice on 23.11.2019, but no one has filed vakalatnama appearance so far. Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have failed to file any objections within 30 days from the receipt of notice under Order 21 Rule 14(1) of SCR, 2013 and have also not filed any application for extension of time in terms of Order V, Rule 1(22) of SCR, 2013.

However, Mr. Amit Kumar, Ld. Counsel on behalf of Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Ld. Advocate-on-Record undertakes to appear for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5. He seeks and is given one week's time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit as a last chance.

List again on 05.03.2020.
