Service is complete on respondent No.1. The Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Karan Bharihoke, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 seeks time for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Vakalatnama be filed within two weeks. The Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 further submits that copy of pleadings be supplied to him. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of complete set of pleadings to the Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 within one week after filing vakalatnama by the Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 and file proof thereof with the Registry. The Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 is granted four weeks' time thereafter for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos.7, 15 and 19 have not filed counter affidavit, despite last and final opportunity. Further opportunity is declined.

Respondent Nos.3, 4, 6, 12, 16 and 18 have been served but no one has entered appearance.

The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of respondent Nos.11 and 14 alongwith complete address of respondent No.14 within two weeks, as last opportunity. Notice thereafter be issued.
