UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Mr.Satinder S.Gulati appearing on behalf of Mrs. Kamaldeep Gulati, Ld.counsel has stated that in respect of defect No.1 pointed out in the office report, the counter affidavit filed for the respondent Nos.4,15 and 26 be treated having not filed on their behalf. With regard to defect No.2 he stated that averments made in the counter affidavit are being made for the first time since the respondents had not filed the counter affidavit before the Hon'ble ⬠¦..2 ITEM NO.85 -2- SC21135/2015 High Court i.e. the facts pleaded for the first time, according to the Ld.counsel for the respondents, the defects have been removed. Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.1-3 to cure the defects in the counter affidavit filed by him. Three weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent No.61.
