Counsel for the petitioners has failed to file the dasti proof in respect of respondent Nos. 39,48, 51,52, 56, 58, 59, 61 and 64 despite opportunities. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders. List thereafter.
