It is submitted that pursuant to above order, Mr. Shankar Divate, counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service upon unserved respondents. Hence, fresh show cause notice could not be issued to the unserved Respondent Nos. 45, 710, 17, 19, 20, 23, 27, 31, 32, 35 to 38, 41, 43, 45, 48, 5052, 54, 5658, 6061, 63 and 64 so far.
