The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 10.03.2016, when inter alia the following order was passed:.

"SLP (C) No. 20999/2015

Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have already filed the counter affidavit.

The office report indicates that although by order dated 27.1.2016 of this Court four weeks time as last chance was given to the Learned Counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order in respect of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) on 13.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Finally, four weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for effecting service of notice on respondent Nos.4 and 5 in SLP(C) No.20999/2015 and on respondent Nos.1 to 6, 8, 11, 12, 14 to 18, 20 and 21 in SLP(C) No.22628/2015."

It is submitted that there are total 5 respondents in this matter and counsel for the petitioner has taken fresh steps. Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 on 28.04.2016 through Regd. A.D. Post. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 .

SLP(C) No.21135/2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 10.03.2016, when inter alia the following order was passed:.

"SLP(C) No. 21135/2015

Mr. O.P. Bhadani, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Respondent No. 24. He has stated that he has already filed the vakalatnama. Office shall verify the position.

The office report indicates that although by order dated 27.1.2016 of this Court four weeks time as last chance was given to the Learned Counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order in respect of the unserved respondents, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) on 13.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

It is submitted that there are total 67 respondents in this matter. Counsel for the petitioner has taken fresh steps. Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 35, 710, 17, 19, 20, 23, 27, 31, 32, 35, 38, 41, 43, 45, 48, 5052, 54, 5658,

6061, 63 and 64 on 02.05.2016 through Regd. A.D. Ms. Kiran Bhardwaj, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 but no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of them. Mr. O.P. Bhadani has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 24 and 40 but no counter affidavit has been filed on their behalf. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 45, 710, 17, 19, 20, 23, 27, 31, 32, 35 to 38, 41, 43, 45, 48, 5052, 54, 5658, 6061, 63 and 64 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 45, 710, 17, 19, 20, 23, 27, 31, 32, 35 to 38, 41, 43, 45, 48, 5052, 54, 5658, 6061, 63 and 64.

SLP (C) No. 347/2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 10.03.2016, when inter alia the following order was passed:.

" Await the return of the service of notice already issued to all the respondents. List again on 28.04.2016."

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 28.04.2016, when the following order was passed:.

"SLP(C) No. 347/2016 Respondent No.24 has already filed the counter affidavit. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the other respondents."

It is submitted that Mr. Kamaldeep Gulati, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4, 25, 33, 42 and 44. However, she has not filed counter affidavit on their behalf so far. Counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 24 has already been filed by Mr. O.P. Bhadani, Advocate. Respondent Nos. 26 and 63 are served through Regd. A.D. Post. Neither AD Cards nor

unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos. 13, 523, 2632, 3441, 4243, 4569.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete.

SLP (C) No. 5747/2016

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 10.03.2016, when inter alia the following order was passed:.

" Await the return of the service of notice already issued to all the respondents. List again on 28.04.2016."

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 28.04.2016, when inter alia the following order was passed:.

"SLP(C) No. 5474/2016

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to all the respondents. List again on 21.7.2016."

It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in the matter. Mr. Nikhilesh Ramachandran, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 4 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 13 so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 13.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
