UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 19667/2015

Respondent nos. 4 to 18 are granted four weeks time, as last chance, for filing the counter affidavit.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent nos. 1 to 3 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of three weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted to be served through the Ld. Standing Counsel representing the State of Punjab.

All the respondents have filed the counter affidavit. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as and when the connected ones' get ready.

Respondent nos. 13, 14, 25, 29, 33, 34, 39, 42, 44 and 62 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the Rules. Ld. Counsel for the respondent no.24 shall serve a copy of the counter affidavit filed by him on the other side within a period of four weeks, as last chance.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks, as last chance.
