UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP(C) No. 19667/2015
Respondent nos. 4 to 18 are granted four weeks time, as last chance, for filing the counter affidavit.
Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent nos. 1 to 3 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of three weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted to be served through the Ld. Standing Counsel representing the State of Punjab.
