It is submitted that Mr. Shankar Divate, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 11.12.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 12.02.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 7398 of 2013 alongwith applications for permission to file Special Leave Petition, exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and permission to file lengthy List of Dates.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 12.02.2015 is barred by time by 202 days and Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 21135 of 2015 Entitled Punjab Aided Colleges Retired Employees Assn. & Anr. Versus State of Punjab & Ors. arising out of same Judgment was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 03.08.2015. (Copy of order dated 03.08.2015 is annexed as Annexure P24 at page no. 196 in the Paper Books).(Main SLP (C) No. 19667/2015).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
