UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
A plot was alloted in 1986. Inspite of all these years, the petitioners have made no development in fact not even a single brick has been made in the industrial plot. This has been the consisting finding by the authorities in this regard. Ultimately the allotment has been cancelled.
Delay condoned.
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order of the High Court. The Special Leave Petition is, atur<mark>e No</mark>t Verifie Cordingly, dismissed.
