SECTION IV-B

The learned counsel for the petitioner in SLP(C) No. 10682/2020 filed at the instance of Mani Lal(deceased) submits that as respondent no.4 Paras Singal s/o Shri Ashok Kumar has also filed a special leave petition (SLP(C) No. 10235/2020) challenging the very order which is under the challenge in the petition, the petitioner be permitted to delete respondent no.4 -Paras Singal from the array of parties. Accordingly, oral prayer is allowed.

Revised Memo of Parties to be listed within two weeks.

Learned counsel also submits that he has been allowed to appear on behalf of respondent no.3-Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.

Four weeks' time is granted to the counsel for the respondent to file Counter affidavit. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within four weeks' thereafter.

List accordingly.
