Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 within a weeks' time, as a last chance and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

Service of notice is complete on all the respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

On the last occasion, Mr. K.V. Vijayakumar, Ld. Counsel has sought time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit but till date he has not filed the same.

Today, Mr. K.V. Vijayakumar,Ld.Counsel seeks and is given one week's time to file vakalatnama and two weeks' time to file counter affidavit subject to deposit of Rs. 4500/- in the Supreme Court legal Services Committee as cost. If cost paid and vakalatnama and counter affidavit have been filed the same be taken on record. In default whereof, the same may be reported to the Hon'ble Court as and when listed.

Four weeks' time, as last chance, is given to learned counsel for petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 8.5.2019 of this Court in respect of respondent Nos. 3, 10 and 25.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to all other unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
