We see no reason to transfer the Income Tax Appeals of the year 2023 pending before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai to this Court. The Transfer Petitions are accordingly dismissed.

However, it will be open for the petitioner to apply to the Tribunal for giving priority to the hearing of the pending Appeals.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
