However, Mr.K.V.Vijaykumar,AOR undertakes to appear for the State of Tamil Nadu. He seeks and is given two week's time to file vakalatnama and four week's time to file counter affidavit. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide copy of pleadings to the above Ld.counsel within one week after filing vakalatnama.

The office report indicates that service of notice is complete upon all the respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. However, Mr.K.V.Vijaykumar,AOR undertakes to appear for the State of Tamil Nadu. He seeks and is given two week's time to file vakalatnama and four week's time to file counter affidavit. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted to be undertaken through the Ld.Standing counsel representing the State of Tamil Nadu.
