Service is complete on respondent Nos.1, 2 and 16 but none has entered appearance.

As per office report counter affidavit has not been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.3 to 15 and 17 to 25. However, Ld. counsel for the said respondents submits that counter affidavit has already been filed. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that she has also received copy of counter affidavit filed by the said respondents. Registry to verify and process accordingly.
