Learned counsel for the parties submit that their clients are inclined to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the matrimonial dispute if the matter is referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, we direct the parties to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 28.02.2020 at 11.00 A.M. The Incharge of Supreme Court Mediation Centre shall send a report to this Court as early as possible.

For facilitating the presence of respondent No.1-wife during the course of the mediation proceedings, the petitionerhusband is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to her towards travelling, boarding and lodging expenses within a period of ten days from today.
