O R D E R
This petition is filed by the petitioner-husband seeking transfer of Maintenance Case No.81 of 2017 titled "Manju Devi & Anr. v. Sanjit Kumar Mahato" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, Bihar to the Family Court, Rourkela, Odisha.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the grounds on which transfer has been prayed, Maintenance Case No.81 of 2017 titled "Manju Devi & Anr. v. Sanjit Kumar Mahato" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, Bihar is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Rourkela, Odisha.
Records shall be sent by Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.
The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, allowed.

However, the petitioner-husband is directed to pay Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) to the respondent-wife for her every visit to attend the case in Rourkela, Odisha.
On receipt of the case records, the transferee Court is directed to make all endeavour for reconciliation or amicable settlement, failing which for early decision in the case without unnecessary adjournments.
