UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

C.A.No.4968/2021

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos.1 to 5, 10, 11, 13 and 14, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 have already filed the counter

affidavit.

Appellant has failed to application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent No. 9, though last chance was granted.

However, as requested, a four weeks time as a final opportunity is granted to do the needful.

Mr. James P. Thomas, Ld. Counsel has not filed spare copy of I.A for impleadment in respect of Respondent No.12, for issuance of notice on the said application.

Hence, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.

C.A.Nos.4969- 4974/2021

Await certificate of service from the concerned High Court in respect of Respondent Nos. 13, 37, 46, 55, 60 in C.A. No. 4969/20221, Respondent No. 6 in C.A. No. 4972/2021, Respondent No.1 in C.A. No. 4974/2021 and Respondent No.11 in C.A. No. 4974/2021.

Two weeks time is granted to Ld. Counsel for appellant to cure the defects in respect of Respondent No. 58 in C.A. NO. 4969/2021 and Respondent No. 12 in C.A. No. 4974/2021.

Appellant has failed to file fresh particulars and steps in respect of all unserved respondent and also failed to file application for substitution in respect of all deceased respondents, though last chance was granted.

However, as requested, a four weeks time as a final opportunity is granted to do the needful.

Mr. James P. Thomas, Ld. Counsel has failed to file spare copy of I.A for impleadment. Hence notice on said application could not be issued.

Hence, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
