By this application, the applicant seeks its impleadment as a party respondent in civil appeal No. 4172 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, though the applicant was not a party in the writ proceedings out of which civil appeal No. 4172 of 2022 arises, the question of law which arises for decision in the pending civil appeal would affect the interest of the applicant therefore, the applicant may be allowed to intervene in the matter.

If it is so, let this application be put up for orders as

and when the civil appeal is listed before the appropriate court.
