UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Application for exemption from filing O.T. is
allowed.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioners contends that the impugned orders are predicated only on a reason that the collaboration certificate obtained by the petitioner actually did not exist since the tankers were never physically inspected at the designated place at Ambala.
This in turn was based on a response to an RTI query by the competing contractor. Learned senior counsel submits that the appellate authority of the RTI has subsequently clarified this aspect which would show that there was physical inspection of the tanker of the petitioners at Ambala and in support of that he has filed additional documents yesterday. The same be placed on record.
Issue notice on the SLP as well as on the prayer for interim relief returnable in two weeks.
