UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Mr Rakesh Khanna, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, has stated, on instructions, that Respondent Nos 10,13 and 29 have died.
- 2 Mr Abhinav Jain, learned counsel, states that he has received instructions to appear on behalf of the legal representatives of deceased Respondent Nos 10, 13 and 29.
- 3 Since Mr Abhinav Jain has instructions to appear on behalf of the legal representatives of deceased Respondent Nos 10, 13 and 29, substitution is allowed.
- 4 We are not inclined to entertain the Special Leave Petitions under Article 136 of the Constitution.
