UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 Mr Abhimanyu Bhandari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting respondents states that he would file a counter affidavit to the Special Leave Petition within a period of two weeks.
- 2 The Office Report indicates that the respondent Nos 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 are unserved. Mr Abhinav Jain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of some of the contesting respondents states that he has received instructions to the effect that certain respondents have died and that he would, therefore, pursue appropriate proceedings.
