For the time being, notice be issued only to respondent Nos. 1 to 7. Notice to the rest of the respondents is dispensed with.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner had the benefit of the interim protection from 24th August, 2022 till the date on which impugned order was passed.

Hence, the petitioner shall be entitled to the benefit of the same interim protection pending this petition.
