Permission to file the appeal is granted.
Delay condoned.
In these appeals, the limited challenge is to direction No.7, contained in paragraph 15 of the impugned judgment, whereby all the coaches/buses and the other vehicles plying at the airport are directed to be brought in CNG MODE. It is submitted that there is no discussion and no reasons are given in support of the aforesaid direction in the impugned order. It is also submitted that there are different types of vehicles which are deployed at the Airport and many of them cannot even be converted into CNG.
Issue notice.
As Mr. Atul Sharma, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent No.5, Delhi International Airport Limited, no further notice need be issued to the said respondent.
There shall be stay of the aforesaid direction in the meantime.
