UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

This is one more case of petitioners' claiming to be Parcel and Goods Porters. This issue has been dealt with in judgment/order of this Court (W.P. No. 52/2016, Ram Bhajan Das & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors**. decided on 28.11.2018) and W.P.(C) No.9/2020,** Moloy Samanta & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors. and connected matters decided on 20.11.2020) and the similar other orders/judgments passed earlier by this Court.

It is for the petitioners to work out their remedies in terms of our orders passed earlier and we are not inclined to entertain this petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
