UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We are informed that some of the appellants have filed separate special leave petition(s) against the common impugned judgment in which notice has already been issued being SLP(C) No. 6323 of 2020, SLP(C) Nos. 8335, 4740 and 5548-5555 of 2021 and Diary Nos. 5174, 5302, 6872, 4020, 6882, 8481, 5319 of 2021 and connected matters.

It is appropriate that all matters filed against the common judgment are listed together on 29.07.2021 before the appropriate Bench, irrespective of service position together with office report, to avoid multiplicity of proceedings.

The matter in which notice has already been issued will be treated as leading matter, i.e., SLP(C) No. 6323 of 2020.

The petitioners in that petition shall serve dasti notice, in addition to the Standing Counsel for the State of Haryana within one week from today.
