UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0$ R D F R

Harish Salve and Mr. Satyapal Jain, Mr. learned senior counsel, have prayed for time and to list the matter on Monday, 🖫 🗱 17th of August, 2020, as the High Court has heard the matter. It was also submitted that the High Court has not passed any adinterim order. Prayer for interim relief has been pressed before us.

We are not inclined to pass any interim order as on today, as the High Court is hearing the matter and has heard it substantially. More so, in case any transaction takes place in the Assembly, that will be obviously subject to the order to be passed by the High Court. As such, we are not inclined to grant any adinterim relief as on today.
